Pikler & Learning Tower & Gorchair rates do vary and will be calculated at the checkout but are approximately $24.95 from 3kg-10kg and $39.95 from 10.1kg-24.9kg and $59.95 from 25kg-50kg for metro areas if you are in a regional area please contact us for more accurate shipping costs.
Shipping Pikler & Learning Towers
Due to the bulky nature of The Learning Towers range, The Grochairs and the Pikler Ranges they will be shipped directly from our suppliers warehouse.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or a Parcel Lockers and where a Parcel Locker or PO Box address is used as shipping address we will not be responsible for return to sender or redirect fees. If the parcel is returned to us you will incur extra shipping costs. Please ensure your postal address is a residential address or business address only.
Your order is dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria. Deliveries are made by courier service Monday through to Friday only. The approximate delivery time to metro areas is 4-6 working days.
However the following approximate transit times apply for regional areas:
SA 7-9 working days
TAS 7-9 working days
WA 10-14 working days
NT 12-14 working days
If the items you have purchased are in stock we will endeavour to send them to you within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. Please note that if you order during a sale, dispatch can sometimes be slightly delayed due to high volumes.
Signature on Delivery
We understand that it can be frustrating when parcels are sent without an authority to leave and we apologise for the inconvenience. Given the value of our larger products, we send most packages and Learning Towers with signature on delivery. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers and will require a residential address for delivery.
Specific courier instructions
Please note your courier is unable to call on approach, or give you an approximate time for delivery. They are not able to adhere to specific instructions such as 'through the front gate, down the path and enter the building on the left". If your residential address is difficult to find, please have your parcel delivered elsewhere. We are not responsible for re delivery fees if your courier can not easily access or locate your property.
Please note once your order has left our warehouse we have the same visibility on tracking as you do. Most of the time our couriers are wonderful, but occasionally parcels are delayed in transit. In these unlikely events we ask for your patience. We are not personally delivering your parcel and whilst we appreciate your frustrations, in most cases, our hands are tied and we can not provide any further information than what you already have on your tracking details. If you have lodged an online enquiry with your courier as to your parcel status and not received feedback in 5 working days please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
We will not provide a refund on items still in transit, and we will not provide compensation for items that take longer in transit than initially advised. If however, a parcel is deemed formally lost by our couriers we will replace or refund the items for you.
